Time flies, and years unfold like a melody. Recently, INNOPAT held a special celebration to honor the extraordinary journeys of two inspiring colleagues: Ms. Zhong Yihua (Deputy General Manager) and Ms. Gong Jinxia (Director of International Business), both of whom have devoted over two decades to the company.

As the notes of The Story of Time filled the room, attendees were taken on a nostalgic journey through photos of Ms. Zhong and Ms. Gong across their 20 years at INNOPAT. From fresh-faced newcomers eager to learn, to seasoned IP professionals leading with expertise, their stories of growth struck a chord with everyone present. Taking turns to share their thoughts, Ms. Zhong and Ms. Gong reflected on their 20-year journeys—recounting challenges, milestones, and moments of connection. They expressed profound gratitude for the company’s trust, the opportunities to grow, and the unwavering support of their teams. “Over these 20 years of ups and downs,” they emphasized, “INNOPAT has never been just a workplace. It’s a big family that’s walked with us, from our youthful beginnings to where we stand today.”

Moved by their words, other colleagues also stepped forward to share their thoughts. Some recalled heartwarming moments of collaboration, others spoke of the professional insights they’d gained from working alongside Ms. Zhong and Ms. Gong, some voiced long-held appreciation, and others shared their hopes for growing with the company in the years ahead. Every word was brimming with admiration and sincere good wishes.

Looking ahead to the next 20 years, we will continue to stand side by side through every challenge, press forward with determination, and together, write an even more brilliant chapter in INNOPAT’s story.
