Training on Data IP and Brand Management

A special training session themed “Empowering High-Quality Enterprise Development Through Data Intellectual Property” was successfully concluded in Zhuhai on June 10th, 2026. Organized by the Zhuhai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation,the training aimed to enhance local enterprises’ capabilities in the creation, protection, application and management of intellectual property rights (IPR). Innopat Intellectual Property Co., Ltd. acted as the co-organizer of the event.



The opening ceremony featured speeches by leading local regulatory and industry authorities. Chen Shaofeng, Deputy Director of Zhuhai Jinwan District Administration for Market Regulation and Director of Jinwan District Intellectual Property Bureau, delivered the opening remarks. He introduced that the training covered core practical modules including IP operation, IP pledge financing, brand protection and relevant incentive policies. He encouraged local enterprises to fully vitalize idle IP assets, while stating that competent authorities will continue to optimize the business environment, implement policy dividends and energize corporate innovation.



Liang Yanfeng, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the Jinwan District Federation of Industry and Commerce, also addressed the session. He pointed out that intellectual property serves as a critical bridge connecting technology, industry and finance, and acts as a core driving force for industrial upgrading. He urged participating enterprises to capitalize on the training opportunity, make full use of supportive policies, upgrade comprehensive IP management capabilities, and contribute to the high-quality development of the regional economy.



During the training, Ms. Lily Gong, Manager of the International Business Department at Innopat, delivered a keynote speech on trademark registration and full-lifecycle brand protection. Focusing on the full-cycle brand management needs of enterprises, she shared actionable strategies for domestic and international trademark registration, brand risk prevention and intellectual property rights defense. By combining typical real cases, she systematically interpreted the complete brand protection system, enabling participating enterprises to standardize brand operation processes and master professional risk prevention and control methods.



In addition, industry professionals delivered in-depth sharing and practical guidance on the operational practices of corporate data intellectual property, covering key industry pain points and practical operational norms.


The training session achieved fruitful results in helping enterprises consolidate their brand and IP competitive advantages. It further guides local enterprises to leverage brand and intellectual property value to empower sustainable and high-quality business development.
