On the morning of March 26, 2021, sponsored by consumables industry association of Zhongshan City and co sponsored by Zhuhai regeneration times Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. and Innopat Innopat Intellectual Property Co. Ltd., the special training on "intellectual property rights of consumables industry of Zhongshan City" was successfully held in Tannan maker Park. More than 50 enterprises including Benma, Chengwei and Senwei participated in the training.
Ms. Helen DUAN, the general manager of Innopat, was invited to be the keynote lecturer of this training, Sharing the progress of Section 337 investigation and court cases in the printing consumables industry in recent years, analyzing the latest investigation case of Canon toner cartridge 337-3536 this month, predicting the trend of e-commerce products off shelves and OEM rights protection actions in the industry, also put forward targeted opinions and suggestions for the industry's intellectual property response.
